Hartman Now 7-5 After Beating Bulls
|
The Syracuse Chiefs got great pitching from 24-year old right-handed pitcher Nick Hartman, allowing them to bump off the Durham Bulls, 2-1. Justice Johnson collected his 7th save. The win for the Chiefs lifted their record to 55-36.
Hartman was charged with no runs on 3 hits over 8 innings for the Chiefs. With the win, the 6-foot-2, 190-pound right-hander goes to 7-5.
"Ball felt good coming out of my hand the whole night," said Hartman.
