Scranton pitcher Tris Richie did his part in helping his team beat the Maine Grizzlies, 5-0. The left-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. At 53-45, Scranton is in 4th place in the International League Northeast Division.

Scranton used the clutch hitting of Andy Alba to capture the win. The right fielder drilled a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to give the Dundies the lead, 2-0. For the game, Alba had 1 single and 2 doubles in 4 at-bats.

"It was a tough night at the plate," said Maine manager Ramon Guerrero.
