The Scranton Dundies topped the Maine Grizzlies, 10-5, at Chukchansi Park. Scranton first baseman Conner McNeely was a spark plug for the offense. He went 4 for 5 with 2 doubles and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. The winner in relief was Steve Van den Bossche. He is now 6-1. The left-hander allowed 2 runs on 5 hits in 1.2 innings. Scranton is 61-64 and Maine, with the loss, 72-53.

Israel Larsen drove in one run for Scranton. The 26-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the top of the seventh. With one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he broke a 5-5 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Rich Baxter. It was his 42nd RBI of the season.

"It's not about individual awards," Larsen told a Scranton Today reporter after the game. "It's about winning championships. That's what we play for."
