The Albuquerque Isotopes trumped the Edmonton Edge, 6-4, at Isotopes Park. Albuquerque designated hitter Jericho Tell was terrific. He went 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. Riley Graziano snagged the win in relief. He goes to 1-0 on the season. Jason Whaley suffered the loss. The save went to Jesse Tso, number 4 for him.

Tell had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a first pitch fastball from Jared Curran, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Isotopes a 6-4 lead. It was the 2nd home run of the year for Tell.

Said Albuquerque manager Ryan Thrasher: "We squared some balls up."

To call the performance of the 2064 Edge disappointing is an understatement.
