The Honolulu ThunderSharks licked the Round Rock Express, 8-2. Jonny Tanner deserved a big chunk of the credit. The right fielder was 2-4 with 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice for the ThunderSharks. The ThunderSharks have stumbled out of the gate, getting only their 4th win in 14 games.

Willie Warnock drew 2 walks in 4 plate appearances for Honolulu. The 24-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the third. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Johnny Thorp. It was his 6th RBI of the season.

"We had some nice at-bats at the right time," said ThunderSharks manager Neil Kuntz.
