Logan Gates propelled his team to victory over the Sacramento River Cats. The final score was 6-2, Inland Empire. The win takes Inland Empire to 15-5.

Jaxon Snell had a big 3-run home run for the 66ers in the bottom of the first inning. With Inland Empire leading 3-2 and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he sized up a cutter from 24-year old left-handed pitcher Aiden Stegenga and punished it. The result was his 4th home run of the season, which put the 66ers on top, 6-2.

"It was a good team win. Everybody threw something in," Snell told the Inland Empire Bulletin.
