Chihuahuas Rally to Eke Out Win
The El Paso Chihuahuas outlasted the Edmonton Edge, 11-10, in 13 innings. El Paso shortstop Artie Floyd stood out with his performance. He went 5-7 with a home run, 2 doubles, and 2 singles, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. With the win, El Paso improves its record to 13-10.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 13th. With two out, Floyd hit a sinker from Culley Fuller for a solo home run. The Chihuahuas, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"If we keep winning the close games," Floyd said, "we'll be in good shape at the end."
