Thrilling Walk-Off Win for Sounds
The Nashville Sounds had to overcome a big game from Omaha first baseman Rickie Xie to leave First Tennessee Park with a victory. And they did, winning 4-3. Xie went 3 for 4 with a triple and a double, while scoring 2 times. The loss makes the Storm Chasers 8-15.

J.J. Pastula was the walk-off hero for Nashville. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Sounds second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

After the game, Nashville manager Darius Hogan applauded the team's effort. "They busted their tails out there," he said.
