Brosnan Clouts 2 Homers in 9-3 Omaha Win
|
Though the conditions were not ideal, the Omaha Storm Chasers and Oklahoma City Wranglers came back from a rain delay to finish their game.
Benefiting from Brandon Brosnan's productive game, the Omaha Storm Chasers downed the Oklahoma City Wranglers, 9-3. Brosnan went 3 for 5 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for the Storm Chasers. The Wranglers fall to 9-18 and continue their unimpressive start to the 2057 season.
With two out in the top of the third, Kevin Tanaka put Omaha in front, 2-0, with a 2-run single. The Storm Chasers went on to win the ballgame.
"Not one of our better nights," said Oklahoma City skipper Jim Petit.
