Omaha Storm Chasers starter Hudson Zweifel turned in an exceptional performance against the Winnipeg Goldeyes at Werner Park, resulting in a Omaha win, 4-1. T.J. Eschenberg closed the door for Omaha, picking up his 4th save of the year. Omaha goes to 9-17.
Elijah Martens aided the Omaha cause with a run-scoring ground out in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the catcher drove in one run.
"Ah, the sweet taste of victory," Zweifel crowed after the game.
