The El Paso Chihuahuas defeated the Round Rock Express, 4-0, in Pacific Coast League action at Dell Diamond. El Paso pitcher Luka Freedom had a standout performance. El Paso is second in the Pacific Coast League Pacific Division with a record of 22-14.

A crucial at-bat came with the bases empty and no one out in the top of the seventh inning. That's when designated hitter Kyle Hudson, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2049 draft, hit a double. The Chihuahuas went on to win.

Freedom said he was "thrilled" the fans had something to get excited about.
