The skies opened up and the rain fell at NBT Bank Stadium.

Jayden Betancourt, who is tied for 9th in the PCL with a .352 batting average, had a 4-RBI night to help the Winnipeg Goldeyes down the El Paso Chihuahuas, 8-6. Kyle Lipschultz picked up the save, his 1st.

In the bottom of the eighth, the Goldeyes grabbed the lead when Betancourt hit his 6th home run of the season. The 3-run home run off Luke Font made it 8-6, Winnipeg.

"I think we all put in a good day's work," said Betancourt.

Winnipeg is now 20-18, El Paso 18-20.
