Storm Chasers Bang Out 12-7 Win Versus Honolulu
The Omaha Storm Chasers welcomed the Honolulu ThunderSharks to an night game at Werner Park.

The Omaha Storm Chasers powered past the Honolulu ThunderSharks, 12-7, at Werner Park. Dominic Richards provided some of the pop. Dominant was 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times. Omaha is now 18-22, Honolulu 18-22.

Luke Pelletier had a timely hit in the bottom of the fifth inning. With one out and the bases loaded, the Omaha right fielder hit a 2-run single. That put the Storm Chasers in front, 5-3.

Storm Chasers manager Nick Rodriguez wasn't all too pleased, despite the win, telling reporters that the performance highlighted some clear areas for improvement moving forward. He refused to be more specific, however. "I'm not gonna publicize our weaknesses," he said. "That stuff stays in the clubhouse."
