Reno Sends Victoria Packing with 8-7 Loss
The Reno Aces beat the Victoria HarbourCats, 8-7, at Blues Stadium. Reno right fielder Tomas Holguin had an outstanding performance. He was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. Nick Miller earned the save for Reno, his 3rd. Reno is now 22-19.

The Aces benefited from an error in the bottom of the third inning. Reno was leading 1-0 when Zech D'Amico hit a 2-run single that was misplayed. It put Reno in front, 3-0.

"It was a solid, all-around game for us," said Reno manager Giddy Fleckner.
