Sidewinders Deal Aces 7-2 Defeat
The Tucson Sidewinders got a stellar performance from pitcher Garrett Maxwell, who handcuffed the Reno offense en route to a win, 7-2, at Blues Stadium. With the win over Reno, the Sidewinders improved to 18-25.

Tucson relied on the hitting of P.T. Bailey to pick up the win. The first baseman clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Sidewinders on top, 3-0. For the game, Bailey had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

Bailey called the win the result of "everyone working in tandem."
