Storm Chasers Take Down HarbourCats, 4-3
The Omaha Storm Chasers picked up a win at Werner Park, downing the Victoria HarbourCats, 4-3. On the mound for Omaha was right-hander Powell Braun, who played a pivotal role in the win. Gonzalo Fontañez came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed 2 runs on 4 hits in 2.2 innings. His record now stands at 1-0. At 26-23, Omaha is in second place in the Pacific Coast League American Divison.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Omaha catcher Parker Waldvogel, facing Aiden Green, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Storm Chasers the 4-3 win.

"We believe in ourselves and we're willing to work hard. It's a good combination," Braun told the Omaha Citizen.
