The Omaha Storm Chasers overcame a good performance by Tacoma designated hitter Miles Kaye to knock off Tacoma, 5-4, at Cheney Stadium. Kaye went 3 for 3 with a double, 2 singles, a walk, and was hit by a pitch. T.J. Eschenberg earned the save, his 8th, for the Storm Chasers. The Storm Chasers now have a mark of 14-38.

Omaha used the bat of David W. LeBleu to get the win. The right fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Storm Chasers ahead, 3-1. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it did its damage.

"Winning never gets dull," said LeBleu.
