The Reno Aces picked up a win at Blues Stadium, knocking off the Albuquerque Isotopes, 3-1. Starting pitcher Samuel McCutcheon was an essential part of his team's success. The Aces now have a record of 21-39.

Reno took a 3-1 lead on Theo Norzagaray's 12th home run of the season. The 3-run home run came off Albuquerque pitcher Tanner Berg in the bottom of the seventh.

"Every loss hurts," said Albuquerque manager Carlos Becerra. "But this was a tough one."
