Rainiers Suffer 5-3 Setback
Honolulu beat Tacoma on the strength of starter Javier Segura's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a win, 5-3. Jacob Jordan earned the save, his 8th. With the victory, the ThunderSharks record now stands at 33-31.

Honolulu used the bat of Ali Lima to get the win. The designated hitter hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the ThunderSharks ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it did its damage.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said Honolulu manager Jimmy Anderson.
