Triplets Get Past Omaha for 8-7 Win
The Evansville Triplets defeated the Omaha Storm Chasers, 8-7, at BB&T Stadium. Evansville was led by 24-year old left fielder C.J. Rowland, who went 3-5 with 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Reliever Trevon Hamilton picked up the win. His record improves to 1-2. Landyn Faille took the loss. Evansville's record now stands at 36-33, placing them 4th in the Pacific Coast League American Divison.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With no one out, Rowland hit a knuckle curve from Landyn Faille for a solo home run. The Triplets, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Rowland. "And not try to do too much."
