Koch Swings Express to 11-6 Win
The Round Rock Express powered past the Iowa Cubs, 11-6, at Dell Diamond. Levi Koch provided some of the pop. Tuna was 4 for 4 with a home run, 3 singles, and a walk. He scored 4 runs. Ross Yu earned the win for Round Rock. He lasted 5 innings, allowing 4 runs on 7 hits, while striking out 1. With the win, he raised his record to 3-5. Simon Van Veen had a big 2-run triple for the Express in the bottom of the first inning. With Round Rock leading 2-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a sinker from 25-year old right-handed pitcher Theodore Green and swatted a triple to right. It was his 1st triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Express ahead, 4-0.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Koch.
