Wranglers Suffer 8-7 Loss to ThunderSharks
The Oklahoma City Wranglers and Honolulu ThunderSharks provided some drama for the home crowd.

Behind a solid performance from left fielder Josh Rewis, the Honolulu ThunderSharks defeated the Oklahoma City Wranglers, 8-7. Rewis went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles for the ThunderSharks. Earning his 10th save for Honolulu was Ethan Otey.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. In the bottom of the seventh, with the game tied, Gerrit Talik was at the plate when Honolulu scored 1 on an error. The miscue enabled the ThunderSharks to go in front, 8-7.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Talik told a Honolulu Chronicle reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."

Honolulu, with the win, sits at 27-59.
