The home squad pulled out a thrilling walk-off win.

Tacoma got a terrific game from second baseman Gabriel Watson. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Albuquerque, 7-6. Watson was 3 for 4 with 3 singles. He scored 3 times. Albuquerque, at 53-57, occupies 7th place in the Pacific Coast League Pacific Division.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Albuquerque left fielder Bob Bive, facing Asa Besson, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Isotopes the 7-6 win.

"The harder you work," said Bive, "the luckier you get."
