Honolulu first baseman Tedd Adekunle played a vital role in his team's 10-5 conquest of Round Rock. He went 3-5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 5 for Honolulu. Honolulu pitcher Declan Green got the win, upping his record to 7-11. Rutledge Venable got the loss. The 8th-place ThunderSharks go to 54-65.

With Honolulu leading 6-2 in the top of the sixth, Adekunle came up to bat against Round Rock pitcher Easton Fulkerson. Adekunle hit a fastball to right for a 3-run home run. His 8th home run of the season put the ThunderSharks on top, 9-2.

"Just trying to keep things simple and helping the team win any way I can," Adekunle told a local reporter after the game.
