In a tight game between the Sanibel Sailors and the Fort Myers Flamingos, pitcher Keith Ogg was terrific on the mound. The Sanibel right-hander helped his team to the 2-0 win. Ross Reinhart recorded his 2nd save for Sanibel. The 7th-place Flamingos dropped to 20-36.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Larry Cline? The Sanibel left fielder had a run-scoring double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Sailors on top, 1-0. For the game, Cline had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"This team is playing at a high level right now," said Sailors manager Nate Howlett.
