Florence Breaks Through for First Win in Divisional Series; Now Trails 2-1
Already down in the Divisional Series, the Florence Swordfish put on their best show, beating the Mesa Saguaros by a final score of 5-4. S.D. Sager was special. He was 3 for 3 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Florence now trails Mesa 2-1 in the best-of-7 affair.

Florence took control in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, J.J. Garland hit a 3-run home run to make it 5-4, Swordfish.

Florence manager Victor Acosta commended his team for delivering "maximum effort."
