The Montgomery Biscuits beat the Tulsa Drillers, 4-3. Montgomery pitcher and Las Vegas, Nevada, native Turk De Santiago led the way. Henry Wolfe closed it out for his 21st save. The triumph puts Montgomery at 60-50 for the season.
Had it not been for Anthony González, the results might have been different. In the bottom of the seventh inning, when the Biscuits were trailing 3-2, González hit a 2-run single for Montgomery, giving his team the lead.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," De Santiago told the Montgomery Gazette.
