Super Week for Jacksonville's García!

Bernardo García demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the Southern League Player of the Week Award.
The Jacksonville second baseman wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .524 average (11-for-21) with 3 home runs and 13 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor.
García is hitting .300 this season with 7 home runs, 47 RBIs and 37 runs scored. He has 64 hits in 213 at-bats.
