Biscuits Get 7-1 Win Versus Midland
|
Due in large part to designated hitter Mickey Doutt, the Montgomery Biscuits sunk the Midland RockHounds, 7-1. Doutt went 3-3 with 3 singles and a walk, while scoring 3 runs. P.J. Denherder got the win, improving to 2-1. He held the RockHounds to 1 run on 5 hits over 6 innings, while striking out 2 and walking 1. The Southern League Southeast Division-leading Biscuits have a record of 76-34.
