The Pensacola Blue Wahoos got a good effort from starter Ryder Sorenson in defeating the San Antonio Missions at Rebels Ballpark. The final score was 2-1. Pensacola now has a record of 77-52 with the win.

The Missions had their hands full with Sorenson, who overpowered San Antonio hitters while racking up 12 strikeouts.

"Ryder gave us a heck of an effort," said Pensacola manager Bill Ortiz.
