Metros Prevail, as Wild Card Series Goes to the Wire
After their 9-8 win today at Metros Ballpark over the Erie SeaWolves, the Quebec Metros will advance to the Divisional Series. Quebec won the series by a 4-3 margin.

Leading the way for the Metros was left fielder Nolan Lakes, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP.

"I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus."

The Divisional Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Wild Card Series finishes.
