Clutch Hitting Delivers Win for Barnstormers
The Lancaster Barnstormers took Providence pitcher Teddy Leonhart's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Holyoke Grounds. The final score had Lancaster getting past the Crabs, 4-2. Leonhart went 6 innings and allowed 1 run, striking out 7. Lancaster reliever Cole Wagner picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Vinny Wedderburn absorbed the loss. The Barnstormers improve their record to 16-22 with the win over Providence.

Lancaster took a 4-2 lead on Ben Wyatt's 2nd double of the season. The 2-run double, which Wyatt hit in the top of the 11th, left Providence pitcher Vinny Wedderburn visibly frustrated.

"Our guys refused to lose," said Wyatt.
