Dion Barranco, who is tied for 5th in the EL in quality starts with 5, was locked in. The right-hander led the Altoona Curve to a 4-3 win against the Halifax Frigates at MGM Park. Barranco picked up the win for Altoona, going 8 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 4-1. The 5th-place Frigates have dropped 4 straight games.
