With center fielder Gerald Lucenti leading the charge, the Lincoln Bighorns defeated the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, 11-4, at ONEOK Field. Lucenti went 1-3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 4. Lincoln pitcher Harrison Haydon earned the win, hiking his record to 5-1. Trent Rosnovski suffered the loss. Lincoln is now 29-11, 3½ games up in the Eastern League Southwest Division.

With Lincoln leading 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Lucenti hit a fastball from Trent Rosnovski for a grand slam home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the Bighorns ahead, 5-0.

"Our goal is to improve each and every day," Lucenti told the Lincoln Daily News.
