Late Magic Gets Halifax 6-3 Win
Starting pitcher Stephen Fortunato pitched well enough to help the Halifax Frigates beat the Lancaster Barnstormers, 6-3. The win makes Halifax 15-28, nothing to write home about.

Halifax used the clutch hitting of Dennis Lewis to capture the win. The left fielder drilled a 2-run double in the top of the ninth inning to give the Frigates the lead, 4-3. For the game, Lewis had 1 single and 1 double in 4 at-bats.

"We take it day by day here," said Lewis, "and today was a good one for us."
