Getting offensive support from Jacob Jones, the Lincoln Bighorns topped the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, 10-7. Jones went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for the Bighorns. Mike McCarthy sewed up the save, his 2nd. The Bighorns improved to 34-12.

Jones contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Lincoln in the bottom of the fourth. With his team trailing 3-1, Jones took a fastball from Levi Jamison and stroked the home run to left-center. His 5th home run of the season allowed the Bighorns to leap in front, 4-3.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Jones.
