Fisher Cats Rally to Eke Out Win
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats faced a tough opponent in Halifax pitcher B.C. Ford, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium by a final score of 4-3. Ford went 6.1 innings and allowed no runs. Ashton Rial, now 3-1, was credited with the win. He allowed no runs on 1 hit, while striking out 1 and walking 0. The win puts the Fisher Cats at 30-19, while the Frigates drop to 17-32.

The Fisher Cats procured the win, in large part because of right fielder B.J. Albers. In the bottom of the tenth, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

Albers attributed the win to "a well-rounded effort by the whole team."
