Binghamton Beats Bowie, 6-1

Pitcher Mike Worthy was sensational for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies in his team's 6-1 triumph over the Bowie Baysox. Worthy picked up the win, and it was well-earned. With the win, Binghamton upped its record to 29-20.
An important at-bat for the Rumble Ponies came in the bottom of the fourth, when shortstop Rafael Solis stroked a 3-run home run. That made the score 5-0 in favor of Binghamton. For the day, Solis went 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3.
"A great team win and something real positive we can build on," said Worthy after the game.
