Picking up the win was Lorenzo Ruíz. He went 5 innings, allowing 1 run on 5 hits. The right--hander struck out 3 and walked 3. Bowie is now 23-30. Altoona is 27-26.

Ross Witt, who is tied for 6th in the EL in triples with 3, helped out the Bowie cause in the top of the second inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the center fielder was 2-4 with 2 singles, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 runs.
