The Quebec Metros bested the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, 6-2, at Metros Ballpark. Owen Rush was one of the standouts. He slugged 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Rush had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a first pitch slider from Gerardo Mendez, he banged a grand slam home run to left, giving the Metros a 6-2 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Rush.
