RubberDucks Collect 7-2 Win Versus Erie

The Akron RubberDucks defeated the Erie SeaWolves, 7-2, in Eastern League action at Jerry Uht Park. Akron pitcher Luther Hara had a standout performance. The loss makes Erie 30-32.
Cornell Wade, the 26-year old first baseman , had a direct impact on the outcome. Wade contributed a 2-run single in the top of the fourth inning to put Akron up, 3-1.
"I thought we played a nice game," Wade told the Akron Today. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
