Another game, another loss for the struggling Erie SeaWolves.

Erie center fielder Hank Rutledge was sensational. He was 2-2 with 2 home runs. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Wichita beat the SeaWolves, 4-2. Erie is in the throes of a losing streak which has reached 9 games.

Ryan Isaak helped out the Wichita cause in the top of the fifth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the left fielder was 3 for 4 with 3 singles.

"Losing makes me cranky," said Erie manager Jonathan Stout. "And right now there's a big black storm cloud above my head."
