Yonkers catcher Sterling Siegrist picked up 3 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Halifax Frigates, 7-6. Manuel Roche picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-5. Roberto Feliz was tagged with the loss. Picking up the save was Leeroy Watson, his 18th.

Siegrist had a game-changing home run in the top of the sixth. On a 1-0 slider from Roberto Feliz, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Dark Knights a 7-6 lead. It was the 4th home run of the year for Siegrist.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Yonkers manager Dylan Adams.

The victory gives Yonkers a record of 37-31.
