A good performance from catcher Ethan Hoyt helped the Lincoln Bighorns defeat the Lancaster Barnstormers, 11-3. Hoyt went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for the Bighorns. Oscar Ontiveros picked up his 2nd save of the season. The Bighorns now own a record of 40-32.

Early in the game, left fielder Pablo Alonzo had a run-scoring double for Lincoln. It was his 11th double of the season and put the Bighorns on top, 1-0.
