Rumble Ponies Come Back Late to Top Metros, 5-3
Binghamton and Quebec duked it out and the Rumble Ponies came out victorious.

Binghamton designated hitter Eugene Aguirre played a vital role in his team's 5-3 triumph over Quebec. He went 2-2 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for Binghamton. The win lifted the Binghamton record to 46-33.

Aguirre had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 0-2 fastball from Chris Wilfong, he banged a 2-run home run to left-center, giving the Rumble Ponies a 5-3 lead. It was the 7th home run of the year for Aguirre.

"I like our moxie," said Rumble Ponies manager Jimmy Kohler.
