New Hampshire catcher Iona Te'o was instrumental in helping the Fisher Cats triumph, 10-3, over the Halifax Frigates. Te'o was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Alec Shore earned the win for New Hampshire. He lasted 6 innings, allowing 2 runs on 6 hits, while striking out 6. With the win, he raised his record to 9-2. Santiago Mesa earned the save for New Hampshire, his 1st of the year.

The game turned with one out in the top of the fourth. That's when Te'o hit a 3-run home run off Sean Russo. It propelled the Fisher Cats into the lead, 4-1.

"When you don't put the pitches where they're supposed to be, they hit you hard," said Halifax skipper Trajano De Leon.

The Fisher Cats win now puts them at 55-31.
