The Lincoln Bighorns used an offensive barrage to beat the Hartford Yard Goats, 11-1, at ONEOK Field. Wilburn Bayne, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2063 draft, led the way, going 2-for-3 for Lincoln. The second-place Bighorns bumped their record to 58-33.

Lincoln second baseman Luis Osuna contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the fourth. With two down, he hit a splitter to right-center field for a 3-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Bighorns ahead, 9-1.

"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Osuna told the Lincoln Daily News.
