The umbrellas came out during the Lancaster-Bowie contest at Prince George's Stadium.

The Lancaster Barnstormers withstood a fine game by Bowie second baseman R.J. Hernández at Prince George's Stadium, to upend the Baysox, 6-5. Hernández went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk. Erik Morgan collected his 2nd save.

Oliver Guerera delivered a big hit for Lancaster. The first baseman drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Barnstormers ahead, 6-4. It was his only hit, but it was a beauty.

"I was seeing the ball well tonight," said Guerera.

Lancaster is now 42-54, Bowie 44-52.
