Dark Knights Suffer 6-5 Setback
The Curve earned a hard-fought, 6-5 win in 14 innings at Gunslingers Ballpark. To do so required withstanding a fine effort from Yonkers pitcher Martín Maymi. Maymi went 5 innings and allowed 1 run. Altoona now sports a record of 66-35.

Altoona used a timely hit from Josais Rolon to get the win. The right fielder stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the 14th inning to put the Curve ahead, 6-5. It was his only hit in 6 at-bats, but it was a difference-maker.

"We're all about heart and hustle on this team. That's what wins ballgames," Rolon told the Altoona Today.
