Jett Harris had an impact in the 7-4 Bowie win over Hartford. The 24-year old first baseman went 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. The Baysox now have a mark of 53-63.

Some sloppy defense hurt the Yard Goats. In the bottom of the first, with Bowie trailing 1-0, Ron Medeiros was at the plate when Bowie scored 2 on an error. The miscue enabled the Baysox to go in front, 2-1.

Harris told a Bowie Herald reporter that the win made him feel "upbeat about our team."
